Privacy Policy

We only collect the data necessary to operate the service:

• Account and sign-up data: name, email and profile photo, provided by you or by the login provider (Google) when you choose “Sign in with Google.”
• Poker hand histories: the history files you voluntarily import for analysis (cards, actions, amounts, table, date/time). This data is yours and is used to generate your stats, diagnostics and drills.
• Payment data: when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — they are handled directly by Stripe. We only keep your subscription status and the identifiers needed to manage your plan.
• Usage data (analytics): app usage events (pages and features accessed) to understand and improve the product.
• Community content:text, comments and interactions you post in the app's community areas.
• Technical data: basic session and security information (such as authentication tokens) needed to keep you signed in.

When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile photo from Google, with your consent, to create and identify your account. We do not access your contacts, emails, files or any other data in your Google account. You can revoke this access at any time in your Google Account settings.

• Create and manage your account and your access to the service;
• Process your hand imports and generate analyses, statistics, diagnostics and drills;
• Operate the paid plan (billing, renewal and access control) via Stripe;
• Send transactional communications (account confirmation, password reset, service notices);
• Improve the product, based on usage data;
• Ensure security, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

We process your data based on: contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for), consent (for example, Google sign-in and importing your hands), compliance with a legal obligation and legitimate interest (security and product improvement), always respecting your rights.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers (processors) who help us operate the app, limited to what is necessary:

• Supabase — database and authentication;
• Stripe — payment processing;
• Resend — sending transactional emails;
• Google — social sign-in (when you choose it);
• Vercel — app hosting.

Some of these providers may process data outside Brazil; in those cases, we adopt the safeguards required by the LGPD for international transfers.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, with the primary database hosted in a Brazil region. We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data (per-user access control, encryption in transit and database-level security rules). No system is 100% immune, but we work to reduce risk.

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed for the purposes above. You can delete your account at any time on the account deletion page.

When you delete your account, your identifiable personal data is removed. Poker hands may be kept in anonymized form (with no link to you) for aggregate statistical purposes — anonymized data is not considered personal data under the LGPD.

Under the LGPD, you can at any time:

• confirm whether we process your data and access it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• request anonymization, blocking or deletion of your data;
• request data portability;
• withdraw your consent.

We use cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and operate the service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

The service is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Policy periodically. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email.
