In short: the app turns official MTT results into an economic ledger of investment, returns, profit or loss, ROI, ITM and cumulative results.
Plan: Free ✅
Where to find it
Open Finance. If you have both cash games and tournaments, use the Cash games / Tournaments switch. If you only have MTTs, Finance opens directly in Tournaments. The same summary appears under Tournaments → Tournament analysis (Pro), next to the paginated event list.
The format sits on the right side of the page header. With both formats it works as a switch; with cash only or MTT only it becomes a simple label identifying the current report.
When more than one room is present, use All rooms / PokerStars.com / PokerStars.es / GGPoker / CoinPoker. PokerStars.com and PokerStars.es are never merged as one room, even though their exports share the same structure.
Results by format
Right below the report, the Results by format table splits MTT, Satellite, Spin & Go, Sit & Go (and others), each with its own tournaments, investment, result, ROI and ITM. The ROI and ITM at the top add up formats that don't compare — in a Spin & Go only 1 in 3 gets paid, in an MTT around 15% — so the per-format table is where you see where you win and where you lose. Satellites are recognized by the tournament name. Only tournaments the Finance page already counts (confirmed individual result) in your main currency are included.
In Tournaments → Tournament analysis (Pro; on Free, replay your hands in the Tournament replayer), when PokerStars only sends Tournament #ID, the row shows what the tournament is
(e.g. "Spin & Go · US$ 0.50 · 3 players") and the number stays underneath. Freerolls with no imported hands (Cash Drop,
Flipout…) are hidden by default; the note above the list says how many and has a Show link. The room's automatic
all-in events (Cash Drop, Flipout and the flip stages of Flip & Go) are a draw with no player decisions: the app keeps only
the result and their hands stay out of your stats — the import shows a notice, not an error. Cash Drop and Flipout are
room bonuses: zero buy-in and zero cost; the amount received counts in your money result and bankroll, but they don't
count as tournaments played and stay out of ITM, ROI, the by-format results and the by-buy-in table (a small line shows how
much of the result came from these bonuses).
How the numbers are calculated
- Investment: uses the individually confirmed event cost when an individual confirmation exists; for other rooms, it uses the initial buy-in plus re-entries reported by the poker site.
- Returned: cash prizes, bounties won and official ticket face values.
- Economic result: returned minus nominal investment.
- ROI: economic result divided by nominal investment.
- ITM: a tournament with a regular prize or ticket; bounty-only returns do not count as ITM.
- Curve: chronological running sum of closed tournament economic results.
Each currency has its own ledger. The app never converts USD, EUR or CNY automatically.
Tournament mode follows the same visual order as cash-game Finance. Three indicators lead the page: Net result, ROI and ITM. Result evolution, room filters and investment/returns follow. The lower sections show monthly or weekly results, risk reading, bankroll and sessions. MTT does not show the cash-game stake table.
In the session report, an MTT session groups tournaments started on the same day and shows count, investment, returns, result, ROI and ITM.
Bankroll is independent by game type, site, and currency. GGPoker USD cash, GGPoker USD tournaments, and PokerStars.es EUR tournaments, for example, are three separate bankrolls. Each currency dashboard has its own Your bankroll card; choose the site inside it. The balance, chart, and transactions belong only to that combination, and the app never converts or adds USD, EUR, and CNY together. New deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and adjustments are stored under that card's currency, site, and game type.
Individual result confirmation
When an account has its tournaments individually confirmed (an audited external source), the app links each row to its tournament ID and uses the confirmed investment and return. This prevents ticket-paid entries from being counted as cash and avoids adding re-entries that were not included by the confirmation. An event present in the history but outside the confirmation's scope remains visible with a No individual confirmation label and does not affect investment, returns, result or ROI.
The original values parsed from poker-room files are preserved. The confirmation is stored as an audit layer and only takes priority in the finances for that account.
Why is the buy-in called nominal?
Without an individual confirmation, a PokerStars Tournament Summary reports the tournament price, but not whether the entry was paid with a cash balance, a ticket or another promotion. The app therefore shows an economic tournament ledger, not an exact cashier statement. Reconstructing deposits, withdrawals and the payment source of every entry would require the account transaction history.
Tickets and incomplete results
When the site provides the ticket face value — for example, $1.00 Power Path Step 2 Ticket,
T$8.61 or an $11 target tournament — that value is included as an economic return and displayed
separately from Cash prizes. It is not presented as a withdrawal or cash received. If an export
only includes a ticket name with no verifiable value, the ticket remains visible but outside returns
and ROI so the app does not invent a conversion.
Tournaments without an official final result remain visible as Waiting for result and stay outside definitive totals.
On PokerStars, import both files when available: HH...txt supplies hands and bounties, while
TS...txt completes finish, prize, field, ticket and re-entries. The app joins them by tournament ID,
even when they arrive at different times.
On GGPoker, download and upload both tournament-history ZIPs. The Tournament Summary ZIP completes the hand ZIP by tournament ID. GG's “total received” may already include components such as bounties, so the app records that total once. T$ is shown as a ticket and uses the T$ value declared by the site. CoinPoker's current TXT export does not include the final result, so those events still remain Waiting for result. If a positive GG total does not separate prizes from bounties, cash return and ROI remain correct, but ITM stays undetermined instead of being guessed.
Why is the chip result separate?
Chips describe what happened inside the hands. Finance uses the event's economic values. The tournament detail therefore shows both blocks without mixing chips with dollars or euros.
Deleting results
On a tournament detail page, Delete tournament removes the event, its financial result and every hand linked to it. The operation does not affect cash hands or other tournaments. Under Management, deleting an MTT batch is narrower: the tournament stays visible whenever another imported HH or summary still supports it.
