In short: the place to study GTO ranges, build your own range and compare your REAL play against the reference, hand by hand.

What it's for
A range is the set of hands you play a certain way in a given situation. Here you move past guesswork: you see the GTO reference for each spot, build your range on top of it and check it against what you actually did at the table. It's range study from start to finish, under Study → Ranges.
There are three sections, each with its own page.
Your room matters: GG and PokerStars
Ranges are split by room — one library for GGPoker (Rush & Cash) and another for PokerStars — because the rake is different at each one, and different rake changes the equilibrium game. Instead of handing you a single "roughly right" reference for everyone, we adapt the reference to the room where you play to give you the range that's most faithful to your field.
You pick the room in the GG / PokerStars selector inside Ranges (and in Training). If you don't pick one, we use your main room (the one you've imported the most from). Every cell on the grid shows a frequency heat map (how much of that hand goes into each action) and, on hover, the hand's detail: the frequency and the EV of each play.
The parts of Ranges
GTO Ranges
A read-only viewer of the GTO ranges. Take a look and see how the equilibrium game opens and responds in every spot. Switch between GG and PokerStars in the scenario box and see each hand's frequency on the heat map. On Free you can already check opens and vs-open; on Pro, you unlock every scenario.
By format and by depth. The study viewer has two extra selectors at the top:
- Format: 6-max, 9-max or HU (heads-up) — each format has its own position tree.
- Depth (stack): from 40 to 200bb (40, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200) — because the right range at 200bb isn't the same as at 40bb (shallow, the 4-bet turns into an all-in).
Combining room × format × depth, it's the entire solve vault open for you to study exactly the scenario you play: GG and PokerStars, in HU / 6-max / 9-max, from 40 to 200bb. (The default opens at 6-max · 100bb; change the selectors for the rest.)
My Range
An editor (Pro) to build your own range on top of GTO and save it. Mark hands your way, adjust what makes sense for your field and keep it as your own reference. It opens comparing side by side with GTO — and you choose to compare against GG or PokerStars, with two "Copy" buttons to pull the range from either room as a starting point. On the side sits "My saved ranges": the list of ranges you've already saved — click one to open that spot in the editor, and saving updates the list right away.
Preflop × GTO
The heart of range study: your REAL range × GTO, with the result per hand — how much each hand made or cost you playing the way you actually play. The lists highlight where you open too much and where you're missing hands you should open. The comparison is by room: your GG hands are checked against GG's GTO, and your PokerStars hands against PokerStars' GTO — never a mixed-up reference. There's a room selector and a compact period filter at the top.
This used to be the "You × GTO" tab (also called "× Real Game") under Diagnosis. It moved and got a new name — it now lives here, in Ranges.
How to use it
- Go to Study → Ranges → GTO Ranges and study the reference for the spot you're interested in.
- In My Range, build your range on top of GTO and save it — the "My saved ranges" list on the side keeps what you've already adjusted; just click to reopen and edit.
- In Preflop × GTO, compare your REAL play against GTO and see the result per hand.
Tips
- Start with opening (RFI): it's the spot that comes up most and pays off the most to study.
- Trust the Preflop × GTO comparison more once you have hand volume — a small sample is misleading.
Common questions
- What's the difference from Training? Training makes you drill the ranges (RFI and vs-open) with feedback; Ranges is where you consult, build and compare.
- Why do I only see part of the GTO ranges? On Free you can check opens and vs-open. The rest of the scenarios, the editor, the Preflop × GTO comparison and saved ranges belong to the Pro plan.
- Why do GG and PokerStars have different ranges? Because the rake at the two rooms is different, and that changes the equilibrium game. Splitting the references by room gives you the range that's most faithful to the room where you play — just pick yours in the selector. Not sure which to use? Use your main room (the one you play the most).
