Terms of Use

Poker Semi-Pro is a poker study and training tool. It lets you import your hand histories to generate stats, diagnostics, ranges and drills, helping you study your own game.

The service is NOT a poker room and does not let you gamble for money. We do not offer real-money gaming, we do not intermediate bets, and we have no affiliation with the poker rooms where you play. Use is strictly educational, for analysis of your own hands.

You must be 18 or older and have legal capacity to use the service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To use the service you create an account (by email/password or Google sign-in). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• We offer a free plan and paid plans (monthly and annual), with the features and prices shown on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• Right of withdrawal (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49): for purchases made online, you may withdraw within 7 (seven) days of the purchase and request a refund. Just contact us at ffgamesretro@gmail.com.
• Any price changes will be announced in advance and will apply to subsequent cycles.

By using the service, you agree NOT to:

• copy, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the app's content, ranges or tools;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to extract data from the service;
• attempt to bypass plan limits or security, or access third parties' areas or accounts;
• submit illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of poker room rules (e.g., real-time assistance during play).

The hand histories you import and the content you post in the community remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process and display that content solely to operate the service for you (generating your analyses and, for the community, displaying your posts). You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to use it.

The app, the “Poker Semi-Pro” brand, the text, design, features and content we produce (including our own ranges and study materials) are owned by FF GAMES LTDA. and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of these rights to you.

The service is provided “as is.” It is a study tool: we do not guarantee profit, wins or any poker outcome. The analyses are informational and do not constitute financial advice. The decisions you make in play are entirely your responsibility.

While we work to keep the service available and accurate, interruptions, errors or inaccuracies in data and calculations may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FF GAMES LTDA. is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including results obtained (or not) at poker.

You can close your account at any time on the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the service.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email, and the “last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, shall have jurisdiction, except where the law grants consumers a different venue.
