The Free plan is real — it delivers everyday value. Pro unlocks the depth of study: the entire Diagnosis, unlimited Training and the advanced Stats. Max is the most complete plan: everything in Pro plus the AI Mentor — a personal coach that reads your numbers and exploits and tells you what to study first.
How to subscribe to Pro or Max
- Go to Plans (or Settings → Subscription).
- Choose Pro or Max and click subscribe.
- Pay with a card — processing is handled by Stripe (we don't store your card details).
- Done: your access unlocks right away.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- Open the billing portal and cancel.
- No lock-in: your paid access (Pro or Max) continues until the end of the period you already paid for; after that your account reverts to Free (you don't lose anything you imported).
Payment and security
- Recurring monthly billing via Stripe.
- Billing issues or refund requests: contact Support with your sign-up email.
Common questions
- What's the difference between Pro and Max? Pro delivers the full depth of study (complete Diagnosis, Training and Stats). Max is all of that plus the AI Mentor — the coach that comments on your numbers and hands. If you want mentor-guided study, that's Max.
- Do I lose my hands if I go back to Free? No. Your data stays; only the paid features stop being available.
- Is there an annual plan? Yes. Pro and Max have a discounted annual plan (cheaper than 12 separate months). Pick monthly or annual on the Plans screen; the exact amounts show up there.
- How does "Courtesy" access work? During channel promotions (giveaways, donations) we may grant Pro or Max for a period. When active, it shows up under Settings → Subscription.
