What it's for
This is where you adjust your account and make the app feel like yours.
The tabs
Subscription
Your current plan (Free, Pro or Max), history and access to the billing portal. If you're a subscriber, it shows the source of your access (subscriber, courtesy or full access) and when it renews. This is also where you sign out. Details in Plans and Subscription.
Profile
Your name, email, country, phone, display name (what shows up in the community), your Hero aliases (the nick you use on PokerStars — GGPoker and CoinPoker already identify you automatically, no setup needed) and your avatar (preset or upload).
Preferences
- Language: English or Portuguese.
- Theme: light or dark (or follow the system).
How to use it
- Go to Settings.
- Pick the tab (Subscription / Profile / Preferences).
- Adjust and save.
Why the "Hero alias" matters
It's how the app knows which player is you inside the imported hand history. If it's wrong, your stats may not add up — check that the nick matches what you use on the site.
Common questions
- I changed the theme/language and it didn't take. Refresh the page. If it persists, contact Support.
- How do I cancel Pro or Max? From the Subscription tab. No lock-in — access continues until the end of the period already paid and then reverts to Free.
- What's the difference between Pro and Max? Pro unlocks the full study experience (Diagnosis, Stats, unlimited Training); Max adds the AI Mentor. See it all in Plans and Subscription.
