What it's for

Stats tell you what's outside the range. Diagnosis goes further: it interprets everything, prioritizes it, and tells you, in plain player language, what to adjust first and why. It's the part of the app built to make you play better — not to hand you more numbers.

Diagnosis lives under Study → Diagnosis and has four sections, each with its own page.

The parts of Diagnosis

Overview

The starting point. The screen has 3 parts, top to bottom:

1. Your summary: your detected player profile and your trend vs. the previous period (improving or getting worse?).
2. What to study — "Where to start": the app's only priority list. It combines leaks, exploits left on the table and money drains, with a single rule: first what cost the most bb in the period; then serious leaks that don't have a bb value yet. Each item has:
   • the numbers (bb lost, hands, your stat and the range);
   • What's going on — a reading built from your numbers: e.g. if your Fold to 3-bet is within range, it says the loss comes from postflop play in 3-bet pots; for hand families, it lists the 3 hands that cost the most;
   • What to do — the fix;
   • a button that opens exactly those hands: "See the N hands" opens Hand Analysis already filtered and sorted from the biggest loss down; "See the leak and the hands" opens Leaks with the card highlighted and the related hands open; "Review the mistakes" opens the spot in Exploits on the mistakes. A leak outside its range only gets a bb value when its own hands actually lose (a high 4-bet that makes money is not charged for another line's loss).
3. The details: the basis of the list above — the structural diagnosis (your stats in the 4 big areas of the game), Where you're losing (money map by situation + the hand families that bleed the most) and the Session Calendar. It's not a second priority list: it explains the why of each "Where to start" item.

Exploits

A score from 0 to 10 for how well you capture the edges the field hands you. Since 24 Sep 2026 the old Study Tree is part of this screen: Your next exploit points to the spot that costs you the most in bb, with the right play and the button to the hands; Where you leave the most lists the costliest spots; Your spots goes from the most to the least; each spot opens with the plays you most often skip, the flop-type filter, your most repeated mistakes (what you did × the right play) and the hands as a list, with replay. Tilt

Tilt / loss-chasing analysis. After each big pot lost, it checks whether you left your normal game in the following hands — counting only changes that chance can't explain — and shows your tilt type, what it costs and a practical rule. Has its own article.

How to use it

1. Go to Cash Game → Diagnosis → Overview and start with item 1 of Where to start.
2. In Exploits, click See these hands under Your next exploit, read your most repeated mistakes and replay the hands left on the table.
3. To go deeper, filter the spot by the flop type where your % is lowest.
4. Check Tilt to see whether part of the damage came from sessions where you lost control.
5. Take what you learned to Training and lock in the fix.

Tips

• Don't try to fix everything at once. Pick the top critical point, study it for a few days of play, and come back to see if the stat entered the range.
• The more hands, the more reliable the diagnosis.
• Want to see your REAL range against GTO? That now lives under Ranges → Preflop × GTO (Ranges), no longer here in Diagnosis.

Common questions

• Why do I only see the preview? The full Diagnosis (the entire Overview, Exploits and Tilt) is on the Pro plan. The Free preview already points out your 3 worst leaks.
• Where's "You × GTO"? It left Diagnosis and became Preflop × GTO, inside Ranges.
