In short: bring your history from PokerStars, GGPoker, CoinPoker or 888poker into the app — set it up once for auto-import (PokerStars, GGPoker and CoinPoker), or drag files in by hand (every room, including 888poker).

What it's for

The app doesn't sit at your table: it analyzes the hand history that the poker site itself records. Every stat, diagnosis and replay is born from those hands. Importing is the first step — and the only one you repeat over time, as you play more.

You import under Hands → Management, where there are two ways.

Way 1 — Automatic (recommended)

Connect the folder where your history is saved once, and that's it: every time you open the app, new hands come in on their own — no exporting or dragging anything again.

Under Management, open "Auto-import."
Select the hand history folder for your site (the browser asks for permission — just accept).
Leave it on. Next time you open the app, whatever is new gets imported automatically.

Works on Chrome, Edge or Opera on desktop (folder-access technology doesn't exist on mobile or Safari). On mobile, use the manual way.

Way 2 — Manual (drag and drop)

Under Management, go to the manual importer.
Drag the .txt files (or the .zip from GGPoker/CoinPoker) into the upload area.
The app reads them and shows how many hands were found, new and duplicate.

Where to get the file from each site

PokerStars (regular tables or Zoom): turn on history recording in the PokerStars client and locate the Hand History folder. They're .txt files, one per session.
GGPoker (Rush & Cash): export the history through GGPoker's own tool (comes as a .zip).
CoinPoker: export the history through the CoinPoker client's own tool (comes as a .zip).
888poker: export the hand history through the 888poker client's own reporting tool (comes as a .txt). This room doesn't have Way 1 (auto-import) yet — always use Way 2 (manual).

What the app understands

6-max, 9-max and HU (heads-up) cash games from PokerStars (regular tables and Zoom), GGPoker (regular tables and Rush & Cash), CoinPoker and 888poker, stakes NL2 to NL25.
Tournaments (MTT and Sit & Go) from PokerStars, GGPoker and CoinPoker: import the hand history .zip/.txt as usual — the app recognizes it's a tournament and keeps it separate from cash. The financial result (ROI, ITM, finish) shows up under Finances → Tournaments, and the hands themselves live in Hands → Tournaments. Stats, Exploits, Diagnostics, ranges, Training and the Mentor still only look at cash — tournaments don't feed those yet (Pocket Pairs is the exception: it already works for single-table 9-max Sit & Go with 60bb+ stacks). The Short Deck ("6+ Hold'em") variant remains out of scope — if your file mixes that with a supported cash/ tournament format, the app imports what it recognizes and tells you how many hands were skipped.
- CoinPoker is a known exception: its hand history never includes finish position or prize anywhere (not a bug on our end — it's the room's own export format) — the app warns you about this at import time, and the financial result for your tournaments from that room may stay incomplete (buy-in shows up, the prize doesn't).
- PokerStars and GGPoker have a Tournament Summary (TS) in addition to the Hand History (HH) — two files per tournament. The HH carries the hands; the TS carries finish/prize/entry count more accurately. Send both when they exist: the app matches them automatically by tournament number, and one never overwrites the other with empty data.
It identifies which hands are yours by your Hero alias (the nick you use on each site) — check that it's correct in Settings → Profile. On GGPoker and CoinPoker you don't need to set a nick: the site itself already anonymizes you as "Hero" in the history. On PokerStars and 888poker you do need to set your nick — without it the app can't tell which hands are yours.

Tips

Re-import without worry: repeated hands are ignored automatically (dedupe). Importing the same file twice doesn't duplicate anything.
The more hands, the better: a few thousand already give a useful picture; tens of thousands sharpen the diagnosis.
GGPoker takes a while: GG doesn't record on its own and takes a few minutes to write all of the session's hands to the file. If hands are missing, download the history again later and re-import.
A rejected file or import error: the report shows a "Contact support" button on the file itself. It opens WhatsApp with the file name and the notice already filled in; if possible, also attach a screenshot. The app does not send the file or your hands automatically.

Common questions

I imported and nothing showed up. Confirm the file is the site's .txt hand history and that the hands are cash or tournament games in a supported format. If it persists, contact Support.
A session's hands are missing. This is usually GGPoker still writing the file — re-import later.
Can I delete imported hands? Yes, under Management you can see your import history and delete a batch.
Is my data visible to others? No. Everyone only sees their own hands; nothing is public unless you choose to share it in the Community.
My tournament file was rejected (header/table not recognized). Send the site's original history, without running it through any third-party conversion app — those tools rewrite the hand header into their own format, and the app stops being able to tell which room it came from. Export it again straight from the PokerStars/GGPoker/CoinPoker client and re-import.
